At Snug Beach Cabin & Caravan Park we welcome your furry pets! (in our camp sites NOT CABINS) To ensure that you, your dog and the rest of our Park guests enjoy their stay in a clean and healthy environment we have some basic rules which we ask you to follow. Please take the time to read the policy and sign the Liability Waiver below.
Pet Friendly Policy and Waiver
- Documented service animals accompanying persons with a disability are always accepted.
- At Snug Beach Cabin & Caravan Park, dogs may only be permitted with guests staying within the park.
- Pets are not allowed in the camp kitchen, amenities, cabins or the office. This exclusion does not apply to documented service animals.
- Dogs must be well mannered and appropriately restrained (on a short lead) by guests at all times.
- Dogs leads MUST be short enough that they can’t leave your site.
- Dogs may only be left unattended for very short periods when the owner(s) are using a facility where dogs are not permitted. Dogs must remain secure and not cause a disturbance.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog on park property and in the neighbourhood. This should be done immediately.
- Dogs are permitted off leash on the Southern end of the beach. (stated by Kingborough Council)
- Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. You will be asked to leave if noise continues, no refund will be issued.
- Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
- If the dog acts in any way considered aggressive, dangerous or destructive, the Park Managers have the right to ask guests to leave the park, in which case they will not be entitled to any refund.
- Guests and dog owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snug Beach Cabin & Caravan Park, it’s managers/owners, their staff from all liability, loss and damage suffered as a result of the guests’ dog. Furthermore, the guests and dog owners agree to solely accept all liability, financial or otherwise which may result in dog loss from disease, death, fire, the running away of the dog or any other avoidable circumstance.
