The sites were generous in size. The ammentities were fantastic, and always clean. The laundry was well equipped, including a notes to coin exchanger, along with a card to coin facility as well. I noted they even had a dog wash! A great park that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.MelyMely ★★★★★ In my travels in different countries I spent hundreds of days on campingrounds but I've never had such a good experience as in this one. First of all the location for our tent was amazing. We had a spot directly next to the access to the beach with a great view for every morning when we opened the tent. The kitchen was awesome, especially because of the fire that you could do every day that made the room warm but also comfortable and cosy. Everything is clean and tidy and the staff takes much care of the place with a good eye for the detail. But what impressed me most was how friendly, understanding, helpful and caring everyone was in this place. You can always talk with someone in the office and they always help you out in every situation. When I went into the office to ask for a favour about our stay, she did not only gave us this favour, she also saw that I had some problems with my hand. She asked what it was about and I answered that I cut myself with a knife, it was pretty deep. So she immediately looked for a first aid kit to disinfect the wound, put strips on it and cover it in a professional and good way.I don't know what to say, I just never had such an experience. It was so kind, so caring, so helpful, so understanding. I can only recommend everyone to go this place if you are around and look for a nice campinground to stay. Thank you for everything!brooke B.brooke B. ★★★★★ Very friendly staff, top location right next to the beach and not far to Hobart central. That night turned into four nights, then two more nights after two nights in Hobart, then another night after a night in Cockle Creek. Like a magnet we are inherently drawn to the warm, calm and cozy atmosphere of the park. And after two months of having tried nearly every campground and caravan park in the Eastern half of Australia and all of Tasmania, the Snug Beach Cabin & Caravan Park is without a doubt our favorite. The amenities are exceptional: clean bathrooms, wifi, a nice kitchen with a comfortable sitting area, a fire place, etc. The location is perfect: right on the beach, an IGA just up the road, strategically situated for easy day trips to Bruny Island, Cockle Creek, and Hobart. If you are looking for somewhere serene for an extended stay or a place with everything you need while just passing through, then look no further than Snug Beach Cabin & Caravan Park!Make sure you leave ample flexibility when planning your trip, as it is very likely you'll be finding yourself in Snug for longer than you expected.js_loader
